- Strawberries - 2 Cups
- Melon - 2 cups (diced)
- Blueberries - 1/2 cups
- Mint leaves - 6 pieces
- White Wine - 1 Cup
- Sugar - 1/4 cup
Pour the sugar into a small saucepan. In the same saucepan pour the wine. We put on a slow fire and dissolve sugar in wine, not leading up to a boil. When the sugar dissolves, remove the saucepan from the fire, cool the syrup. In a salad bowl, we put a melon and a cantaloupe cut into cubes (I have two varieties). There we add blueberries and strawberries. Large strawberries must be cut into 4 parts, medium - 2 pieces, small can not be cut. Add finely chopped fresh mint leaves. Fill our fruits and berries with cooled sugar syrup. Stirring. The fruit salad is ready. Serve immediately! ;)
