We remove the melon from the peel and seeds, cut into small cubes and put it into the bowl of the blender. There we put sugar and juice of lime. Grind to a state of homogeneous mashed potatoes. 2. The resulting mixture is poured into a container and put it into the freezer for a couple of hours. Then we take a little frozen sorbet from the freezer and again beat it with a blender, then put it in the same container and put it in the freezer for the night. 3. Actually, that's all - next morning your sorbet from melon is ready! Serve with beautiful round balls, decorating with a sprig of mint.
