Juice while we set aside - thanks to the fact that we have squeezed it out now, the beneficial properties of cranberries will not be lost. In a glass of hot water we make gelatin. Berry squeezes we fill with boiling water. We put in a saucepan, pour two glasses of hot water and cook for 8-10 minutes. Filter again. To the berry broth we add sugar. Once again boil the berry broth, then add the cranberry juice squeezed into it and the swollen gelatin. Cook until the gelatin is dissolved, after which we remove from the fire. We pour out the broth on the dishes, let it freeze a bit, then put it in the refrigerator and leave it until it has completely hardened.
