Postcard to grandma on March 8 - step by step instruction

1. Take the napkin, carefully separate the lower white layer from it. From the top, carefully "tear out" the image you need to work.

   Important: The picture should have exactly "torn", and not uneven edges.

2. At the prepared piece of fabric, with the help of a needle, slightly "razlohmatim" edges. Now you need to "age" the fabric. We impregnate it with milk and wring it out, iron it with a hot iron.

3. After that, we lay out all the components on the basis of the future postcard, as shown in the photo and fix them with the help of PVA glue.

4. Next, we sew on the machine: we make a double line - a frame around the perimeter.

5. The next step is decoupage. Using a brush, we apply acrylic lacquer directly to the surface of the postcard, apply a napkin and also cover it with varnish.

   Advice: the varnish is better to take matte, then the treated surface after drying will not stand out against the background of the general view.

6. Using a punch hole, make holes at the top of the postcard, insert a string-hanger.

7. Our postcard is a congratulation on March 8, so from the second part of the cord we form the "eight" and paste it with the help of PVA glue.

8. Now, using very carefully (!) Superglue, we fix the prepared decor: flowers, "grass".
