I even have children who deny the zucchini in every way, with great pleasure they eat this casserole. So - try it! ;) So, how to cook a zucchini casserole with minced meat: 1. First cut the onions, grate the carrots coarsely. We clean the zucchini and, removing the seeds from it, cut into small pieces. 2. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until golden brown, add spiced meat minced meat. We cook until ready for about 20 minutes on average, salt. 3. In another pan, fry carrots for 10 minutes, add peeled squash, fry for 8-9 minutes. 4. Mix what we have in two pans. We add greens to taste. 5. The resulting mass is placed in a pan for baking, greased with vegetable oil. 6. Sprinkle with grated cheese on top. 7.
