So, first you need to prepare the ingredients - carrots and Jerusalem artichoke, clean, wash the apple. Peeled tubers of Jerusalem artichoke (ground pear) rubbed on a medium grater and immediately generously sprinkled with lemon juice. This is done so that Jerusalem artichoke is not darkened. Carrots rub on a grater of a similar size. Similarly, rub the apple. It is also sprinkled with lemon juice, so it does not darken. Actually, now it remains in a large salad bowl to mix grated Jerusalem artichoke, carrots and an apple. We fill the whole matter with vegetable (or olive) oil, if desired, add salt to taste (I do not salt, so as not to kill vitamins). Stir - and the Jerusalem artichoke salad is ready!
