We will prepare our casserole from these ingredients. A little, really? :) So, we begin. Zucchini with a sharp knife cut into thin slices. Onions are cut in the same way as thin rings. Cheese is rubbed on a large grater. Three eggs beat up to a consistence of a magnificent foam. Separately mix loose ingredients: flour, salt and pepper. If desired, you can add any other spices - which you prefer. Whipped eggs until the foam state is poured into a deep bowl. Add flour and milk, knead until homogeneity. Pour in the mixture of vegetable oil, re-weave until homogeneity. Add a little bit of mustard to the mixture. Finally, add grated cheese to the mixture. Spoon everything until uniform. In the resulting dough, add onions and zucchini. Gently mix to allow the vegetables to grasp the dough well. Take the form, lubricate slightly vegetable oil, put our vegetables in it with the dough.
