1. Preheat the indoor or outdoor grill to a high temperature. Cut the avocado in half, remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh with a large spoon. Wash and chop the tomatoes. Lubricate the avocado, tomatoes, slices of red onion and put on the grill. Fry the vegetables on the grill for about 5 minutes on each side. Depending on how warm your grill is, it can take 2 to 7 minutes on each side. 2. Transfer the fried avocado into a large bowl. 3. Grate the garlic and squeeze the lime juice from the top. Stir all together. 4. Add the chopped onion into a bowl. 5. Cut the tomatoes, removing the seeds and peel. Add to the bowl. Sprinkle the chopped cilantro on top and add salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients together, add seasonings, if necessary. Put in the refrigerator before serving.
