In hot milk, dissolve vanilla sugar and warm 1 min. on a slow fire. Chocolate to break into pieces, add to the milk. Pour 250 ml of hot water into the mixture. Add honey, sugar, rum and spices. Bring to near a boil, but do not boil. Serve very hot.
