- bitter chocolate - 100 Grams
- milk - 0.5 liters
- vanilla sugar - 1 teaspoon
- honey - 2 Art. spoons
- sugar - 1,5 st. spoons
- rum - 50 milliliters
- cayenne pepper - 1 pinch
- salt - 1 piece (at the tip of the knife)
In hot milk, dissolve vanilla sugar and warm 1 min. on a slow fire. Chocolate to break into pieces, add to the milk. Pour 250 ml of hot water into the mixture. Add honey, sugar, rum and spices. Bring to near a boil, but do not boil. Serve very hot.
