- Katyka - 300 Milliliters (or natural yogurt)
- mineral water - 150 milliliters ("Borjomi" is best suited)
- greens of dill, parsley and cilantro - 1 piece
- salt - 1 pinch
- crushed ice - 1 piece
First you need to make ice. Just cool yogurt and mineral water. These ingredients should be icy (fairly cold). Peel greens, rinse and dry with paper napkins, chop. Pour in a bowl of mineral water and yogurt, mix well until smooth. Add the chopped greens and season with salt. Stir and pour into glasses. Place the glasses with a drink on a dish with ice.
