Men are creatures of an avid presence for beautiful women. In order that they like it, you need to have a certain set of external qualities. Usually men like beautiful legs, lush breasts and sensual lips. Let's stop on the lips. Very well, if they are beautiful from nature. And if not? Then and do not despair! Everything can be corrected! And for this it is not necessary to run to a plastic surgeon, you can just try to do gymnastics for the lips. There are many exercises to improve the shape of the lips, I will give only a few of them.
Put a lot of air in your mouth, hold your breath and swell your cheeks. Then abruptly with a sound "P" release air.

Upper lip lift upward to expose upper teeth. Then repeat the exercise for the lower lip (lower down so that the lower teeth are exposed).

Now imagine that you have a candle in front of you, fold your lips with a tube and blow them as if you want to blow it out.

Just try to pronounce the vowels "a", "o", "and", "s", while changing the position of the lips.

Pull your lips forward and open your mouth, like a fish when breathing. Now close your mouth and release your lips. Then start moving the lower jaw simultaneously with the lips to the left - to the right.

Put the tongue as far as possible and hold it in this position for 2-3 seconds.

Now the exercises are somewhat more complicated. It must be remembered that gymnastics for the lips - this is not such a simple occupation. Relax your face, close your lips, but do not squeeze them. Touch the mouth with your middle fingers and squeeze it slightly. At the same time, the pressure of the fingers should be stronger than if you did not make the face of the gymnastics, but your lips. In this position, extend your lips forward and kiss the air, do not tear the pads from your mouth. You can put a mirror in front of you, it turns out that you send yourself an air kiss, in addition, with a mirror it will be more convenient to perform exercises.

Through the nose (the mouth is closed, the lips are not compressed), draw in air, inflate your cheeks. Now start breathing out slowly. Then again, draw air in the same way and exhale it with jerks. In no case can you open your lips during this exercise (and during gymnastics in general). Repeat the exercise, but at the same time, apply pressure to the lips with your fingers.

And now smile broadly. And then smile again, but already grab your cheeks with your hands, little fingers should lie on your lips and create pressure.

And a couple of exercises to improve not only the appearance of the lips, but also diction.

Slightly open the mouth, gently pull the upper lip on the upper teeth so that the lip of the lip slightly curls into the mouth. Then do the opposite. Let now your upper lip smoothly "creep" upward, exposing the upper teeth.

Now we do the same, but for the lower lip. Again, open your mouth slightly. The lower lip, smoothly covers the lower lips, stretches on them, so that the lip of the lip curls into the mouth. And back, smoothly goes down, opening the lower teeth.

And then do this exercise for both lips at the same time. Pull both lips to your teeth and pull them back. This is a very good exercise for the elasticity of the lips.

This is the difficult part of the gymnastics is over. There are exercises and easier. For example, chewing. Yes, you can just chew harmful chewing gum and do gymnastics for the lips.

For greater benefit, I advise you to repeat all exercises 5-10 times. Doing at least a few of the exercises offered here every day, you will feel improvements in a couple of weeks. Lips on the sly will become more attractive and attractive, diction will be better and better.

Try also to combine gymnastics for the lips with gymnastics for the face. Then you will feel the result sooner.
