Electrocoagulation is the more effective way in which a node is exposed to electricity by causing it to die. The fourth stage differs from the previous ones in that hemorrhoids are not mechanically adjusted and make the habitual way of life impossible. No other treatment, except the operational one, is already helping. During the operation, not only the hemorrhoidal node is removed, but also a part of the rectal mucosa. This helps to destroy internal nodes, if any.
