Healthy Separate Food

A healthy separate diet is called a special nutrition system that helps people get rid of various diseases and feel real relief from eating. Some people call separate food a lifestyle, based on the goal of achieving excellent health and well-being.

There was a system of healthy separate food in ancient Rome. At that time, one of the outstanding doctors of Celsus conducted research on the effect of food on the human body from which conclusions were drawn that there are combinations of products that have a very negative effect on the human body. To date, many people have heard about this healthy food system, but only a few can answer about what it is. Food is usually divided into three components: fats, proteins and carbohydrates.

The main rule of healthy separate nutrition is the use of separately protein foods and separately carbohydrate.

The carbohydrate basket consists of foods that are very rich in carbohydrates. These include cereals, flour products, sweets, cereals, potatoes. Carbohydrate nutrition is also called energy nutrition, so these products must necessarily be present in the human diet. This type of food is very easily digested by the body.

To the protein basket you can include fish, meat, nuts, eggs. Of course, proteins in the human diet should be present, but since when they are used separately they are completely digested by the body, then you can consume them in a small amount.

To achieve the maximum balance of a healthy separate diet, there are special rules:

- it is not allowed to combine carbonic and acidic products in food: potatoes, bread, peas, dates, bananas, beans and other carbon-containing products with orange, pineapple, tomato, lemon, grapefruit and other acidic products;

- Do not take protein and carbohydrate food together: fish, meat, nuts, cheese, eggs and other protein foods with bread, cereals, potatoes, cakes, fruits and other carbohydrate foods;

- It is not recommended to take two completely different proteins simultaneously: meat and eggs, meat and nuts, cheese and eggs, cheese and nuts;

- Do not take protein and fat at the same time. It is very harmful to eat butter, cream and vegetable oil with nuts, eggs, meat, cheese and other protein products;

- Do not take proteins with sour fruits: nuts, meat, cheese and eggs with orange, grapefruit, lemon, and other sour fruits;

- It is not recommended to use in combination sugar with starch: sugar, syrup, jam, jelly, fruit butter, honey, molasses on bread;

- You can use only one kind of starch at the same time;

- Watermelon and melon can be consumed only separately;

- It is recommended to use milk separately.

An example of a daily diet with a healthy separate diet:

Breakfast: porridge porridge, cooked on skim milk or water, one cup of black tea without sugar and 2 kiwi;

Lunch: a green salad that is seasoned with one teaspoon of vegetable oil and one apple;

Lunch: broccoli cabbage, chicken leg and a couple of slices of cheese;

Snack: pear or apple;

Dinner: omelet, cooked from two eggs and some vegetable soup.
