- walnuts - 1 1/4 Cups
- flour - 3/4 Glass
- whole-grain flour - 1/2 cup
- sugar - 2/3 Cups
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- lemon peel - 2 teaspoons
- lemon juice - 1 teaspoon
- olive oil - 2 items. spoons
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Two forms for pie oil and sprinkle with flour, put aside. In a food processor combine walnuts, flour, sugar and salt. Add butter, olive oil, lemon zest and lemon juice, mix well. Divide the mixture in half and roll the dough into a circle. With a sharp knife, cut each circle of the dough into 8 slices. Lightly slice the slices with a fork. Bake the cookies for about 22 minutes. Allow to cool for 10 minutes, then put cookies on a plate and allow to cool completely.
