Beef heart in sour cream Heart, stewed with sour cream, onions and carrots is a nutritious and satisfying hot second course, as well as a tasty meat salad in a chilled form. The water in the recipe can be replaced by an existing broth. If you have a ready boiled heart, the dish is cooked very quickly. If desired, add a little tomato paste and season with ground paprika together with sour cream.
Ingredients:- Beef heart 300 g
- Onions 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Sour Cream 120 g
- Water 120 ml
- Salt sea 1 g
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 2 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary basic ingredients: onions, carrots, sour cream and pre-boiled beef heart, cut into small cubes.
- Step 2 Onions and carrots must be cleaned. Carrots - grate on a large grater, onions - cut into small cubes.
- Step 3 Fry the onions and carrots lightly with vegetable oil.
- Step 4 Add the chopped heart. Stir and hold for 3 minutes.
- Step 5 Add sour cream and mix with water.
- Step 6 Pour the sour cream with water into a frying pan, add salt, season with black pepper and put it under the lid for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 7 You can serve both hot and cold.
