Simple pizza I was looking for a pizza dough for a long time. This came right away, both in composition and taste, and the technology is simple. I prepared this pizza especially for my daughter, since she ordered only with sausage and cheese - without mushrooms, sweet pepper and other! The order was executed and eaten during the evening. Pizza was a success, feel free to try to cook!
Ingredients:- Flour, wheat 350 g
- Olive oil 50 ml
- Yeast, dry 7 g
- Water 250 ml
- Sugar 3 g
- Salt 1 pinch
- Sausage cervelat 350 g
- Tomatoes 500 g
- Cheese hard 250 g
- Dill dry 1 tsp.
- Oregano dry 1 tsp.
- Step 1 First, prepare the dough. The flour must necessarily be sifted, this will allow it to be saturated with oxygen and the excess impurities will be eliminated.
- Step 2 Then add the salt, sugar and dry yeast to the sifted flour. Sugar will help yeast to intensify.
- Step 3 Carefully pour warm water into the flour. Water should be about 37-39 degrees. I try my hand so that it's a little warmer than body temperature. If it is hotter, yeast can die, colder - they will not rise.
- Step 4 Gently stir the dough with your hands.
- Step 5 Add the olive oil and knead the dough until smooth. Cover with a clean towel and leave for 40 minutes in a warm place to make it rise. After the knead and leave for 30 minutes.
- Step 6 While the dough is suitable, you can prepare the filling. Ripe, juicy tomatoes I cut into pieces, separated the skin (rubbed on a fine grater to the skin). The resulting mass was passed through a sieve, separating the seeds and boiling up to the density of the liquid jelly.
- Step 7 In the end, I got almost 180 grams of tomato paste.
- Step 8 Also for the filling it is necessary to thinly cut the serverel and grate the cheese.
- Step 9 From the finished dough, I get 3 pizzas about 25 cm in diameter. The dough is divided into 3 parts. Each is distributed on a slightly flattened vegetable oil flat form. Lubricate 1/3 of the tomato.
- Step 10 Sprinkle oregano (this is an extremely obligatory spice, it gives that special flavor and aroma of pizza). Spread the serverel, sprinkle with cheese and dried dill.
- Step 11 Prepared pizza should be put in the preheated to 230 ° C and bake exactly 10 minutes. In the same way we prepare two more pizzas.
