Homosexuality puberty

Today, it is not completely clear why some women do not feel sexually attracted to men. Modern scientists hold the view that female homosexuality is not a disease. Meanwhile, sexologists of the XIX century, whose main representative is Sigmund Freud, thought differently.
There are many theories explaining the nature of female homosexuality. For example, the love of women to women of their sex is associated with the influence of hormones. Some researchers suggest that there is a definite relationship between physique and sexual orientation. Specialists in psychoanalysis believe that the cause of female homosexuality may be the experiences experienced in early childhood (for example, too much attachment of the daughter to the mother), as well as the unpleasant experience gained in dealing with men. However, it is possible that all of these factors are at the heart of female homosexuality.
During puberty, many young women begin to feel sexually attracted to their sex. Later, these feelings most often disappear. In addition, quite often a woman consciously suppresses them, as a rule, because of public opinion.
The view that in the union of two lesbians, one of them plays the role of "man" and the other - "woman" is erroneous. This division of roles is rare. Harmony in the relationship between lesbians is explained by the fact that they can be what they really are.
The latest research results show that in developed countries, the intimate relationship between women is much more common than previously thought. Approximately every fifth woman at the age of 40 years at least once in her life had close physical relationships with the persons of her gender. Especially often, divorced women and widows enter homosexual relationships. In addition, according to some reports, lesbians feel sexual satisfaction more often than women with traditional orientations. As the statistics show, sex acts regularly end with orgasm for about 68% of lesbians who cohabit for five years with a constant sexual partner (after five years of married life, the sexual intercourse with the wife ends with orgasm only for 40% of women). There is no reliable information about how many women are lesbians. It is believed that "true" lesbians constitute 1-3% of all women.
It is also erroneous to think that a woman with an unconventional orientation should match a man: in appearance, manners, etc. But not all homosexuals behave this way. Some women may behave in such a way that the surrounding people will never be able to guess that this woman is homosexual.
In a feminist environment, there are many women who enter into an intimate relationship with another woman. However, it should be noted that female homosexuality is not an integral part of feminism.
The most difficult moment in the life of a young woman (and men too) comes at a time when she realizes her homosexuality. Often during this phase, a young woman embraces extremely conflicting feelings, she is confused and depressed. However, today there are lesbian societies and women's clubs, where you can always find like-minded people and discuss with them the problems that have arisen.
Lesbians enter into sexual relations only with women, but this does not mean that they are muzhenenavistnitsami. On the contrary, many lesbians maintain friendly relations with men. Therefore, the view that lesbians hate men is wrong.
