How to brew herbal tea properly

Prepare herbal tea is easy. Usually, leaves, flowers or fruits simply add to the brew: fresh - to taste, dried - in proportion: one to three. Or brewed by boiling water on their own: i cup (200 ml) for 1 tablespoon fresh herb or on a teaspoon dry. To plants better give their smell and useful substances, they are crushed. And rough parts - seeds, stems, roots - are also boiled in a small amount of water under the lid. Literally 10 minutes - and the tea is ready!

Jasmine

To take for tea leaves: petals of flowers (dry or fresh, slightly podvyahlennye) - perhaps, this is the most popular aromatic additive, which is perfectly combined with any type of tea (black, white, green, red). Bonus: this plant calms the nerves, increases efficiency, relieves fatigue. Mix the jasmine petals with the brewing of green tea in a ratio of one to five and brew using very hot but not boiling water. Strawberries

Mix 2 tablespoons of chopped lemon bald leaves, add 1 tablespoon of lavender flowers, drop into a saucepan, pour 500 ml of cold water and let stand for one hour. Then bring to a low heat to a boil. Remove from the plate, add freshly squeezed 1/2 orange juice. After 5 minutes strain and sweeten to taste.

Peppermint

Take for brewing: leaves, flowers, tender tops of a plant. Bonus: relieves stress, improves digestion, invigorates and freshens breath. How to cook?
