Ingredients. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Onions and garlic are cleaned and finely chopped, the Bulgarian pepper is cut into large strips, tomatoes - cubes. Onion and garlic fry 1-2 minutes in oil. Then add the peppers and fry another 4-5 minutes over medium heat under the lid. Then add the bay leaves, tomatoes, wine, salt and sugar. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce the heat to a minimum and extinguish another 15 minutes under the lid. And while the vegetables are being stewed, we will tuna fish. It should be cut into fairly large pieces and fried in oil - about 3-4 minutes on medium heat, no more. After the 15 minutes of suppression of vegetables stipulated above, we add to them fried fish.
