If the kid still asks for food, then give him something from vegetables: fresh cabbage, carrots, radish or cucumber.

Remember, you need to eat without hurry. Dinner should be no later than 2 hours before the child goes to bed. To accustom to a diet should be gradual. Switch to low-calorie foods need to gradually. Overweight children are often fed high-calorie foods. In this case, experts recommend making the diet more diverse and appropriate age, and after about 2 weeks you can switch to a more strict diet.
