- lamb leg - 650 Grams (cut into 20 equal parts)
- lemon - 8 Dollek
- olive oil - 1/4 Glass
- lemon juice - 2 Art. spoons
- cloves garlic - 4 pieces
- Salt and ground pepper - - To taste
- For sauce: feta cheese - 60 Grams
- lemon juice - 1 st. a spoon
Heat the grill to a high temperature. Plant meat on 4 skewers and lemon, 5 pieces of lamb and 2 slices of lemon on each. Arrange the skewers in a non-metallic dish. In a small bowl, whip with butter, lemon juice and garlic. Pour marinade skewers. Leave to stand for at least 5 minutes or cover and put in the refrigerator at night. Season with salt and pepper. In a blender, mix feta cheese, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons of water. Season with salt and pepper. Lightly grease the grill with oil. Lay the skewers on the grill and fry, turning occasionally, 1 to 2 minutes on each side.
