In each of the Easter recipes there must be eggs. In the Easter week, Italians eat about 400 million eggs in all kinds: painted for table decoration, for fresh pasta and for baking. Ingredients:- Water 370 ml
- Olive oil 30 ml
- Yeast dry 12 g
- Salt 10 g
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Wheat Flour 600 g
- Cheese Parmesan 100 g
- Sausage smoked sausage 100 g
- Fresh dill 3 sprigs
- Olives without seeds 100 g
- Sesame White 20 g
- Seeds of pumpkin 20 g
- Eggs chicken 5 pcs.

- Step 1 To make an Easter wreath, you need to take for the dough: flour, yeast, water, olive oil, salt; for the filling: any hard cheese and dill, smoked or dried sausage, olives; for decoration: 4 raw chicken eggs, sesame seeds, poppy seeds, pumpkin, egg yolk of one egg for anointing.
- Step 2 Prepare the spoon: pour 70 ml of warm water into yeast, add 1 tsp. sugar and 1 tsp. flour.
- Step 3 Sift the flour, pour it on the surface of the table or in a convenient bowl.
- Step 4 Approach the yeast, pour flour into the hole. Knead the dough, pouring the remaining warm water.
- Step 5 At the end of the mix, add the olive oil and salt. Continue batch until the dough becomes elastic.
- Step 6 Put the dough into a bowl, the walls of which should be smeared with a small amount of olive oil. Cover with a damp cloth, leave to rise at room temperature.
- Step 7 In the meantime, prepare the filling. Cut the rings of olives, a small cube of sausage, cheese (add the cut dill to it).
- Step 8 The dough should increase 2 times. Finished dough to mash.
- Step 9 Divide into parts: 150 g cut into the decoration, the rest of the dough is divided into three koloboks.
- Step 10 Each part of the test is rolled into a bundle.
- Step 11 Roll out or stretch the bundle in a strip 75-80 cm long and 8-9 cm wide.
- Step 12 Fill the first strip with cheese filling.
- Step 13 Close and secure the edges with your fingers.
- Step 14 Fill the second strip with cut olives. Close and well protect the edges with your fingers.
- Step 15 Fill the third strip with finely chopped sausage. Close and well protect the edges with your fingers.
- Step 16 Spray the surface of the table with flour. Spread the parchment on the parchment with the seam down. Lubricate with a small amount of yolk and sprinkle each of them with different seeds.
- Step 17 Weave the plait.
- Step 18 Connect the ends of the braid to the ring to make a wreath. Lay out with parchment on a baking tray or in a prepared wide dish for baking pizza or bread.
- Step 19 Make the plaits from the remaining test. Place on the wreath 4 eggs. Attach them to the wreath using twisted ropes. Cover the wreath with a napkin. Leave to proof for 30-40 minutes. Then put in a hot oven.
- Step 20 Bake a wreath 50-60 minutes at a temperature of 180 ° C. During baking, do not open the oven door so that eggs do not crack! Take the bread out of the oven. Sprinkle with water. Cover with a napkin. In the form cool for 5-7 minutes.
- Step 21 Remove from the mold and lay it on the grate. When baking on a baking sheet, immediately put on the grate. Serve to the festive table.
