How to turn off the path of self-destruction

Expression of your internal state in the picture is a great way to cope with internal stress. Draw all that hurts you, what you hate, describe it under the picture. Just do not draw those to whom you temporarily offended, it will later pass, most likely. Better express hate to the quarrels themselves, to a misunderstanding between you in the form of a black cloud, for example, or in the form of what your subconscious tells you. The picture of your future idyllic life, of what you dream and put in some secret place, until all this is fulfilled.

Actions that at first glance may seem strange, sometimes give a tremendous effect. If you feel bad, do something out of the ordinary. For example, go to the forest with an overnight stay, taking a tent with you. Find harmony with yourself first, meditate, do exercises, set as your goal to accomplish something grandiose right here and now. Imagine how you will return home with a new beautiful body and renewed consciousness. Or sign up for a three-day hike. After such actions you will feel incredible relief, and life will play again with bright colors.

If you do not stop to keep everything to yourself, it can go so far that your psychological condition worsens and you need the help of professionals. Do not lead up to this. Better live a full and busy life now. Express yourself as much as you can. Through sport, through art, through frank conversation, take care of your favorite thing, find a vocation. If it's hard for you to open yourself and inside, as if there is some invisible obstacle, register for courses in acting skills, as a bonus you will get also a fine charisma. In extreme cases, share your feelings to begin with, start a diary, look inside yourself and write everything that you feel. Who knows, maybe one day you want to read it all to someone else. After all, all your thoughts are already clearly formulated and there is no risk to say something wrong, creating a distorted view of what you were trying to say. Now everything is here, in this diary. Think, you are not indifferent to your loved ones. Did they, knowing how bad you were, would not open to you in return? Would not they have done everything in their power to help you? Maybe they just do not know what's inside and what's wrong and they themselves suffer from it, worry about you or also try to break through a cloud of misunderstanding that has risen between you. Run it.

Expressing your emotions is simply necessary for the human soul. You do not have to accumulate a grudge inside of a grudge, sooner or later it will destroy you from the inside or it will pour out a terrible avalanche.
