Depending on the material from which the frying pan is made, depends also on how it is better to clean. For example, a simple way to clean the Teflon frying pan (with non-stick coating) is to lower it into warm water and rinse after a few days. The specificity of this material does not give food when cooking to stick. In no case do not use in cleaning this type of frying pan abrasive materials, basts of hard wires and similar materials - this only spoils the coating.

But with aluminum frying pans can be difficult to clean, because this material is very susceptible, both to mechanical interference, and to the action of acids and alkalis. Also, do not advise to use as a different detergent, and hard wool and abrasives - it only harms the surface. A good helper in this case will be an ordinary food.

But with table salt you can take a chance to clean a frying pan made of stainless steel. For this, half the glass of salt is poured onto the bottom of the pan and left for a few hours. After the end of the time, you can easily wash the frying pan.

Also for cleaning this kind of frying pan use activated carbon. To do this, you just need to grind a few tablets into powder and sprinkle them with problem areas, pour all a little water and leave for 15-20 minutes. After that, wash.

To remove the fat, a good assistant will be a farm soap. Depending on the size of the frying pan, the size of the desired soap bar will also depend - half the size for the frying pans and a third for the large size pan. After rubbing the soap on the grater, sprinkle with the resulting shavings of the surface of the frying pan and pour with boiling water. To achieve the most effective result, this mixture is boiled for 15 minutes.

There is another option to solve the problem of cleaning the frying pan - using citric acid or vinegar. To do this, you need to put water in the pan, add a small amount of vinegar or citric acid there and boil it for a while. After that, drain the water and fry the pan. But it is worth remembering that this method is not suitable for aluminum frying pans.

But burnt food in a cast-iron frying pan is better not to be left and wash the frying pan immediately so that it does not cool down. Otherwise, you will encounter difficulties in cleaning. The most commonly used here is a method of removing dirt - sprinkle with salt, and pour over the top of the vinegar so as to cover the bottom. After this, the resulting mixture must be boiled on high heat, add ΒΌ cup of ordinary baking soda and leave on medium-heavy. Remove from heat after evaporation of almost the entire liquid, rinse with water.

To clean the stagnant fat from a cast-iron frying pan, only 3 drops of dishwashing detergent are added and filled with hot water. Pomivvskovorod nylon washcloth, rinse with warm water. Then wipe it dry, put on it a product specially designed for cleaning ovens, put in a garbage bag and leave for the night. In the morning, it is necessary to wash off the application with warm water and dishwashing detergent, rinse and wipe dry.

The most important thing in cleaning a cast-iron frying pan is to do everything moderately, since a thin layer of fat, formed during cooking, serves as a non-stick coating. It is advisable to use vegetable oil when preparing the food for the first time after an ideal washing out of the frying pan.

With proper care of the frying pan, you will not spend multi-efforts to clean it. If you do not leave dirty dishes for a long time, you will not be able to clean it off excess fat for a long time. For the least expenditure of energy, the best way after cooking is to rinse off quickly with the help of hot water and soft nylon scour, then dry it dry. Then there will be no need to use the dishwashing detergent. Do not advise to wash iron frying pans in the dishwasher machines and soak.
