Home cutlets from veal At first glance, these are the most common cutlets - delicious, homemade. But the fact that the composition of added barley is hardly anyone will guess. It is this nuance that makes the cutlets unusual. The taste and structure of cutlets practically do not differ from more meat variations. Minced garlic is added to minced meat if desired and added, which will add even more cutlet flavor.
Ingredients:- Groats of barley 60 g
- Veal 300 g
- Eggs chicken 1 pc.
- Breadcrumbs 4 tbsp. l.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Salt 0.5 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 1 pinch
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary products: veal, barley barley, rusks, onions, egg (only yolks are needed), oil for frying.
- Step 2 The barley should be rinsed, dipped in water for 40 minutes, thrown back to the strainer, and letting water drain.
- Step 3 Wash meat, dry. Together with peeled onion and swollen croup grind in a blender or pass through a meat grinder.
- Step 4 Put the forcemeat into a bowl, add the yolk, salt, pepper and spices to taste.
- Step 5 Create small cutlets, wrap them in breadcrumbs.
- Step 6 Fry in vegetable oil on both sides, bring to the preparedness in the oven. Serve hot.
