Human fears

If someone knows a man who has never shied away from spiders in his life, did not tremble before the exam and did not get discouraged by the discovery that life is really finite, hence, it was most likely some conspiratorial biorobot. Willy or involuntarily, we all worry from time to time, we strain ourselves, act with an eye for some minor things, although from the side, perhaps, we get the impression of the darling of fate or the wisest Dao-tzu.

Psychologists consider the feeling of fear to be completely organic for the human psyche. But they divide it into, scientifically speaking, "an intuitive sense of danger," a phobia and a mania.

If the first property of a person is only for the good - since it cultivates reasonable care in it, then with the second and third things are much more complicated: everything depends on the scale of the deviation.

In itself, the presence of a person's phobia does not mean that this person always passes and everywhere. Let you are afraid to fly on airplanes, but boldly take responsibility where others are shy. You do not like yourself from the bright light behind your back, but on the steep mountain slopes you're an ac. The weak place of the psyche is compensated by the strong side of character - this is the norm. Some skews are successfully removed by psychotherapists. But even these professionals of emotional balance lose it when they see how many people, especially teenagers, appear recently, under the pressure of their own fears, which flow into an inadequate mental state. And there are objective reasons for this.

The present world is full of conflicts and contradictions, global and personal. Not every family is a preserve of well-being and mutual tolerance. And not everyone can afford to pay the therapist. So there is no way more correctly than to get out of the tunnel of fear to the light of reason. First of all, figure out where the problem is, and where your emotions are.

Often, we everywhere see criticism of others - and we ourselves begin to seem unsuccessful, sluggish, unable to control the situation. We are nervous, fussing, or even falling into aggression - a very common way to protect our own "I". But if, in accordance with the well-known covenant of the wise man, we begin to accept calmly what we can not change, the quibbles on the part of others become less. At the sheltered blood, you can not drink blood: as you know, vampires love hot things. It is foolish to perceive your fear as a mirror of the state of your own soul. If it's a mirror, it's completely crooked.

And the reflection in it is caricatured. Have a laugh at him and forget it forever. And create another mirror in which you, in spite of your small flaws (like without them?), Look more interesting and pleasant.

Just do not try to suppress your fear with artificial optimism - it's useless! There is no place on Earth where everything would be perfect, everyone would go only in white clothes, and new arrivals were changed for free with black glasses to pink ones.

Reformat your confusion, self-doubt. And you will see that your shortcomings are insignificant in comparison with merits. Every man is a piece of work, and so are you! You know something, you know something better than others. More often, they praised themselves for this. (Listen, and maybe others are worthy of this "reformatting" in your relation to them, for sure.) Give them a chance to show oneself the best, and you will have many well-wishers.) Often our weaknesses and fears are an unconscious desire to fall into early childhood , when protection and care relied on us by definition, just for what we are. Well ... In childhood as a child! Explain to the child that the world outside the kindergarten's gates is quite complicated, everything is there, but there's still more, but you have to try to get it, and you, having grown up, will always support the "baby", explain what's what . Sometimes a person lacks the strength to resist, and therefore he is energetically depressed, clamped. An excellent means to liberate energy - ordinary water. It is not for nothing that the first thing people give in the presyncopal state is a glass of water. Drink more mineral water, take shower more often, if possible, swim.

And one more observation: fear is also a kind of bright event, an excuse for splashing emotions. Maybe the whole point is that in your life there are not enough impressions? Find yourself an interesting occupation, more often be among the nice people, travel. Get a diary and write down all your observations there, mark everything that has touched you or touched you in a good way (and there's nothing to be ashamed of!). Helping other people is a great way to gain self-esteem and reconsider your notions of what a petty trouble is and what is a real disaster. Believe me: there are many people who are worse off than you, and nothing, hold on - without hysterics and depressions. Emotionally, most of our fears and anxieties are not elephants and buffalo, but cockroaches and mosquitoes, nasty and bothersome. To get rid of them permanently it is not possible practically to anybody. But because of these small dirty tricks, to twist their best years? They will not wait!
