Beef cut into cubes and put into a pan. Pour about 3 liters of cold water. After boiling, remove the foam and add a little salt (to taste). Cook over low heat for 40 minutes. Clean all the vegetables. Remove the seeds from the Bulgarian pepper. Cut into cubes. Chop onion, potatoes and tomatoes. Carrot cut into small circles. Lay the vegetables to the meat a few minutes before cooked. Add finely chopped chili peppers. Continue to cook for another 30-40 minutes. At the end, add seasoning for goulash. Sprinkle with paprika and herbs (parsley, dill).
