Meat in French Of course, this dish has nothing to do with French cuisine, but it does not become less popular and beloved in Russia and Ukraine. Very satisfying, tasty, from the most ordinary products and easy to prepare "Meat in French" has long and for a long time become a frequent guest on our tables. As a rule, it is prepared from pork, neck part or loin. But options are possible: veal, turkey or chicken breast.
Ingredients:- Pork loin without rib 500 g
- Potatoes 3 pcs.
- Onions 1 pc.
- Cheese hard 150 g
- Mayonnaise 2 tbsp. l.
- Sour cream 2 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Pepper black ground 0.25 tsp.
- Step 1 To prepare meat in French you will need: pork (I have a loin without ribs), potatoes, onions, any hard cheese, mayonnaise and sour cream, salt and ground black pepper.
- Step 2 Cut the loaf into pieces 1-1.5 cm thick.
- Step 3 Potatoes are cleaned, washed and cut into plates. Put it in the baking dish. Solim and pepper to taste.
- Step 4 Put the meat, salt and pepper on the potatoes.
- Step 5 Onion cut into rings and lay out on meat.
- Step 6 Lubricate the top with a mixture of mayonnaise and sour cream. Usually this is one mayonnaise, but to make the dish less fat I put more sour cream. We put in a preheated oven and bake at a temperature of 180-190 ° C for 40-50 minutes.
- Step 7 We rub the grated cheese.
- Step 8 When the meat is ready, take out of the oven and sprinkle with cheese. We put another 5 minutes in the oven.
