1. Take four yolks, 50 grams of powdered sugar, and whisk them white. We add sweet wine there, and put this bowl in a water bath. Cook for 10 minutes until the custard is formed. Remove from heat, cool. 2. In another small saucepan add cranberries and vodka, cook for about 4 minutes, then remove from heat and cool. 3. In another bowl, whip cream and 50 grams of powdered sugar. We set it aside. 4. Put the remaining powdered sugar in a saucepan, pour 150 ml of water, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes - until the syrup thickens. 5. Whisk the proteins to the foam and pour a little of the sugar syrup into a thin trickle. 6. The custard is added to the whipped cream, here we add the cranberry-vodka mixture. We immerse the whole thing in a container for freezing and send it to the freezer for 3-4 hours. Done!
