Lean dough Dough is the basis of all baking! For each dish, it is important to properly prepare the desired dough, so that it is gentle, light and delicious. Often the preparation of the dough takes much longer than for example a filling or cream. The yeast dough should fit (sometimes more than once), distance and only then you can prepare the intended dish from it. Today we offer a recipe for lean dough. This dough can be used in the preparation of lean fried patties with a classic filling from boiled potatoes with fried onions or any other. It is also very suitable as a base for pizza, the dough turns thin and crisp enough. The volume of these products is calculated for one pizza with a diameter of 32 cm, if you plan to use a dough for pies, then the number of ingredients must be increased 2 times.
Ingredients:- Wheat Flour 3.5 tbsp.
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Water boiled 0.5 tbsp.
- Salt 1 tsp.
- Yeast, fresh, 25 g
- Water boiled 0.5 tbsp.
- Sugar 1 tsp.
- Wheat Flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
- Step 1 To prepare the dough, you need flour, fresh room temperature yeast, vegetable oil, a pinch of salt and sugar.
- Step 2 Let's start with opary - connect the yeast, 0.5 cups of warm boiled water, a pinch of sugar and a tablespoon of flour with a slide.
- Step 3 Mix everything well and leave to stand for 20-30 minutes at room temperature.
- Step 4 In the meantime, connect 1.5 tablespoons of flour and vegetable oil with a pinch of salt.
- Step 5 Grind everything in a homogeneous mass.
- Step 6 Then pour 0.5 cups of boiling water and stir well. Cool the resulting mixture to room temperature.
- Step 7 Add the brewed mass to the spoon.
- Step 8 Gradually enter 3 cups of flour and knead the dough.
- Step 9 The result should be an elastic, soft dough, easily lagging behind the hands.
