- water - 1 cup
- ginger - 1 piece (finely chopped)
- cloves - 1 piece
- Red Label tea - 1.5 teaspoons
- milk - 1/4 cup
- sugar - 1 teaspoon (to taste)
Put a pot of water on medium heat. While the water boils, finely chop a piece of ginger and add 1 clove. When the bubbles appear in the water, add ginger and cloves. After a couple of minutes, add the leaves of Red Lable. As the boiling starts, the water will begin to darken. Add low-fat 2% milk. Bring the tea to a boil. Switch off the cooker. Pour the tea in a mug through a sieve. Add sugar to taste.
