Whisk the margarine with sugar until a lush mass is formed, after which sour cream is added, soda is drained of vinegar, and eggs. The ingredients are thoroughly mixed, and the flour is poured in order to create a thin and plastic dough (about 300 gr.). It is added apples, cut into small cubes or slices, completely cleaned of seeds and skins, as well as cinnamon. The mass is laid out in a greased form (pan), which is sprinkled with breadcrumbs, and baked for 20 minutes at 200 C. Apple pie with cinnamon should become golden in color. When ready, decorate it with sugar powder.
