- tea bags with hibiscus - 6 pieces
- honey - 1/2 cup
- freshly squeezed lime juice (from 8-10 limes) - 1 glass
- rum (optional) - 1 glass
In a large heat-resistant jug, combine the tea in sachets, honey and 5 glasses of boiling water. Insist 10 minutes. Remove tea bags. Add lime juice, rum (optional) and 3 glasses of cold water. Cool in the fridge for about 1 hour. Serve with ice.
