- Physalis - 300 Grams
- Lemon juice - 2 items. spoons
- Brown sugar - 400 Grams
- Cinnamon stick - 1 piece
- Water - 150 Milliliters
First it is necessary to clean our physalis from leaflets, rinse it and pierce every berry with a toothpick, as in the photo. We put the berries in a saucepan and sugar. Pour into the pan water and set it on medium fire. IMPORTANT - do not cover the lid! When the sugar is completely dissolved - we increase the fire. Bring to a boil, throw a stick of cinnamon and boil for about 10 minutes. Then we reduce the fire to a minimum, add lemon juice and leave to cook for 2 hours. After two hours we take out a stick of cinnamon from the jam. And the jam itself, not letting it cool, poured over sterilized jars and covered with lids. Congratulations - the jam from the Physalis is ready :)
