- Large potatoes - 4 pieces
- A bunch of rosemary - 1 piece
- Garlic - 3 Teeth
- Olive oil - 2 items. spoons
- Salt, pepper - - To taste
- Parmesan Grated - 100 Grams
These are our ingredients - for clarity, so to speak :) Each potato is mine and cut into quarters. We put it on a baking sheet. There we put shredded garlic and rosemary. Add olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix and bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, then sprinkle the potatoes with parmesan and bake for another 5-7 minutes. Done!
