Ingredients:
25 pieces
For the test:
- 260 g. butter,
- 150 gr. powdered sugar,
- 2 pcs. eggs,
- 1 gr. vanillin,
- 3 tbsp. spoons of cold water,
- a pinch of salt,
- 380-400 gr. flour.
For cream:
- 2 pcs. egg whites,
- 1/2 tsp citric acid,
-1 glass of powdered sugar.
For decoration:
- 50 gr. milk chocolate,
- 50 pcs. thin straws (short),
- confectionery powder of red color (mouth),
- 50 halves of almonds or peanuts (for the ears).
It is tasty and not difficult, but what a joy for a child from such pechenyushek!

Cooking:
1. Chop the cold butter with flour, salt, powdered sugar and vanilla, add eggs and cold water. Knead the short pastry, roll it into a bowl and wrap it in a film. Remove it for 1 hour in the refrigerator.
2. Make 25 circles with a diameter of 7 cm from them to press the straws (these will be the legs) and 25 circles with a diameter of 3 cm (this will be the head). Preheat the oven to 180 ° C and bake for 20-25 minutes.
3. For cream, whisk the proteins with citric acid into a light foam, after adding sugar and put on a hot water bath, whisk until the volume increases two to three times. Remove from the bath and whisk until dense forms of peaks.
4. Put the cream in a confectioner's bag and lay it on large circles - it will be a fur, small circles attached to the cream to large.
5. On small circles with melted chocolate, draw eyes and a spout. Use cream to attach halves of almonds or peanuts - these are the ears. Rotik - is a confectioner's red powder to attach with the help of melted chocolate or cream. Wait until the cream dries and you can drink tea!
