Eggplants in corn-sesame breaded bread Eggplants cooked in this way are incredibly delicious! Crispy fried crust from an unusual breading, which includes corn flour, black and white sesame seeds, as well as ground paprika, and under it - a tender, juicy and delicious flesh eggplant! Serve this dish for a snack or as a side dish!
Ingredients:- Eggplant 7 pcs.
- Eggs chicken 2 pcs.
- Corn flour 5 tbsp. l.
- Sesame black 2 g
- Sesame White 4 g
- Paprika sweet ground 2 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 350 ml
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Step 1 Prepare the necessary ingredients: eggplant, black and white sesame, eggs, paprika, corn flour, vegetable oil, salt.
- Step 2 Eggplant will be peeled and cut into slices - from one eggplant it will be approximately 6-7 long pieces.
- Step 3 Pour into a flat plate of corn flour, seeds of black and white sesame, paprika and salt.
- Step 4 Mix until a homogeneous consistency is obtained.
- Step 5 Separately with a fork, mix the raw eggs, slightly adding. Slices of eggplant are dipped in the egg mixture.
- Step 6 Then immediately carefully crumble in the breading.
- Step 7 Fry in a frying pan on vegetable oil. Oils must be plenty, frying pan well warmed up!
- Step 8 Serve with sour cream, herbs or to your liking.
