- Brown sugar - 1/3 Cups
- Butter - 1 Art. a spoon
- Cinnamon - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Hercules - 1/2 Cups
- Orange juice - 1/2 cup
- Olive oil - 1/2 cup
- Egg - 1 piece
- Flour - 2 Cups
- Sugar - 1/2 cup
- Lavender (dried flowers) - 2 Art. spoons
- Food soda - 1,5 teaspoons
- Baking Powder - 1 teaspoon
- Salt - 1/2 Teaspoon
- Blackberries - 3/4 Glasses
- Peach - 1 piece
With a fork, mix brown sugar, cinnamon and 1 tbsp. flour. Add a piece of butter and rub it into a crumb. Mix the oats, orange juice, butter and beaten egg. There also add the ground dried lavender leaves, flour, salt, sugar, soda and baking powder. We mix it thoroughly with a spatula. Uniform consistency does not work out, but the ingredients must be mixed thoroughly. Add the blackberries and the sliced peach into the dough. We mix it well. Fill the resultant test with a lightly oiled form for muffins. On top of each muffin lay out a slightly dry mixture from the first step. Bake for 20-22 minutes at 200 degrees. The muffins are ready.
