- lemon ice cream - 800 grams
- candied fruits - 150 Grams
- vanilla cream - 150 grams
- walnuts - 80 Grams
Crumble walnuts. Mix the candied fruits with lemon ice cream. Put the vanilla cream on the bottom of the croissants, put a mixture of ice cream and candied fruits on top. Sprinkle with a piece of walnut.
