Porridge from barley in a multi-barrel. Barley, like barley, is made from barley. But it is exposed in the process of production not grinding, but crushing. Therefore, it is not as stiff as a pearl barley and is suitable even for feeding children. Currently, it is not so popular as buckwheat porridge or rice, and before that it was a frequent guest on the table of wealthy peasants and nobles, because the useful properties of cereals were preserved even after months of storage in the barn.
