Scrambled eggs with cabbage kale and Feta cheese

1. Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Cut the onion, chop the garlic. Cabbage kale wash, trim the stems and cut the leaves. Crumble the Feta cheese. 2. In a saucepan, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Fry the onions and garlic for 3-5 minutes until they become soft. 3. Add cabbage feces and red pepper flakes, fry for another 2-3 minutes until the cabbage does not subside. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 4. Sprinkle the baking dish with butter and pour half of the Marinara sauce onto the bottom. Next, add half the cabbage mixture, then half the crumbled Feta cheese, then the remaining marinara sauce and the remaining cabbage. 5. Beat the eggs and sprinkle the remaining Feta cheese on top. 6. Bake the eggs for 12-15 minutes until the eggs are ready. Serve the dish warm with crusty bread.
