Grated cake can be made each time new, using different variations of the filling. Preparation: In a bowl, beat the eggs and sugar in a foam. Add melted margarine and soda, slaked with vinegar. Gradually add the necessary amount of flour, so that the dough becomes soft and does not stick to the hands. Divide the dough into two parts. One part of the dough is placed in the freezer, the other part of the dough is rolled out and laid out in a rectangular shape or on a baking tray. Form the sides at the edges so that the jam does not flow. Put the jam over the dough. Top with grated chunk of dough. Bake the cake in the oven until the top is browned. If desired, sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar.
