Ingredients:- Cabbage white 350 g
- Salt 0.75 tsp.
- Parsley fresh 30 g
- Boiled water 350 ml
- Green onion 50 g
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 50 ml
- Steamed steak 150 g
- Tomato juice 150 ml
- Onions 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Ground coriander 5 g
- Step 1 For cooking lohanorizo we will need cabbage, carrots, onion green and onion, rice, sunflower oil, tomato juice, parsley, salt.
- Step 2 Onions cut into cubes and fry in vegetable oil until half cooked.
