The oven should be heated to 240-250 degrees. At this temperature, bake cakes for 10-15 minutes. We check the readiness with a toothpick. Ready cakes are leveled, and the cuttings are crushed into crumbs. For cream, beat the sour cream with the sugar into the foam. At the very end of whipping, add berry syrup. We apply cream with cream and stack on top of each other, do not forget to grease the sides. We sprinkle the finished cake with crumbs and decorate the berries.
