Boiled cabbage soup with beef How many housewives, so many recipes for cabbage soup! Depending on the meat that is used to prepare broth for the cabbage soup, the taste of the first dish will be different! Pork, beef, poultry; fatty or lean meat - there are many options, but the rest of the ingredients for cabbage remain unchanged - potatoes, cabbage, vegetable grill with tomato, garlic and greens! In the yard there is a cold winter and there is nothing better for the first than a plate of hot, rich, meat soup!
Ingredients:- Beef flesh 650 g
- Salt 2 tsp.
- Water 2.5 l
- Sunflower refined oil 150 ml
- Parsley fresh 0.25 bunch
- Garlic 2 cloves
- Tomato paste 80 g
- Pepper sweet 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Onion purple 1 pc.
- Potatoes 400 g
- Cabbage white 450 g
- Pepper black ground 2 pinch
- Step 1 For the preparation of cabbage soup with beef, we will need: beef (not lean), potatoes, onion, sweet pepper, carrots, fresh parsley, tomato paste, garlic, sunflower refined oil, cabbage, salt, black pepper, water.
- Step 2 We cut the beef into portions, rinsed, piled in a large saucepan, filled with water and put on a strong fire, covering the pan with a lid. When the water boils, the fire is reduced and cook beef for about 1 hour at minimum heat.
- Step 3 In the meantime, we clean the potatoes, cut it into small pieces.
- Step 4 Thin shredded cabbage.
- Step 5 Onions and carrots are cleaned, my pepper, free of seeds and internal partitions. We cut the vegetables into small cubes.
- Step 6 After an hour, try the meat on readiness - it should be almost ready! Add potatoes to the pan, let the broth boil, reduce the gas back and cook under the lid on a slow fire, until the potato is almost full.
- Step 7 While the potatoes are being cooked, we prepare the roast. On sunflower refined oil fry sliced carrots, onions, sweet peppers.
- Step 8 Add the tomato paste.
- Step 9 Stir and fry for 5 minutes.
- Step 10 When the potatoes are almost ready, add the salt, roast and chopped cabbage to the pan.
- Step 11 Stir. Cook under the lid after boiling for about 8-10 minutes at low heat.
- Step 12 Pour the chopped garlic, parsley and black ground pepper. Stir, remove the pan from the fire.
- Step 13 When the soup is brewed, but will still be hot - we serve the table as the first dish, be sure to put a piece of meat in each plate!
