Useful salad There are no ingredients that have been heat treated in this salad, therefore, all vitamins and nutrients are stored in it as much as possible. In people this salad is sometimes called blood-wiping. Despite the fact that it has raw beets, all other ingredients soften and muffle its specific taste, creating the impression of using pickled vegetables. This salad can be cooked throughout the period when there is a shortage of vitamins. Use it as an independent dish, and as a side dish to potatoes. To assess its taste, you must prepare and taste.
Ingredients:- Beets 1 pc.
- Carrot 1 pc.
- Cabbage white sour 200 g
- Garlic 3 denticles
- Sunflower refined sunflower oil 3 tbsp. l.
- Salt 1 pinch
- Pickled cucumbers 1 pc.
- Step 1 To prepare the salad, take a small fresh beet, fresh carrots, sauerkraut, pickled cucumber, garlic, vegetable oil and salt.
- Step 2 Clean the beet and grate it on a grater to prepare carrots in Korean.
- Step 3 Carrots clean and rub on a coarse grater.
