- butter - 1 cup
- powdered sugar - 3/4 Glass
- extract of vanilla - 4 teaspoons
- flour - 5 glasses
- salt - 1/2 teaspoonfuls
- dried cranberries or cherries - 1/2 cup
Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. Mix the butter, sugar powder, vanilla, flour and salt in a large bowl with a wooden spoon. Add dried cranberries. Put the dough evenly into a square baking dish. Bake until light golden color, about 20 minutes. Leave to cool in the form for about 20 minutes. Remove the dough from the mold and lay it on the work surface. Using a cookie cutter, cut out the hearts. Cookies can be stored in an airtight container for 5 days at room temperature.
