- box (250 g) of mixture for chocolate dough - 1 Piece
- pecan nuts - 1 cup
- of condensed milk - 1 cup
- 1/2 cup butter
- caramel - 60 pieces
- Chocolate chips - 1/3 cup
- of powdered sugar - 1/4 Cups
1. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees. In a large bowl, mix together the mixture for the chocolate dough, chopped pecans, 1/3 cup of condensed milk and melted butter. The mixture should be very thick. 2. Spread half the mixture in a well-oiled square pie shape. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside. 3. In a double boiler (or in a pan mounted over another pan with boiling water), melt the caramels with an additional 1/2 cup of condensed milk. 4. Pour the mixture over the cooked pie. Sprinkle with chocolate chips evenly. 5. Put the remaining dough on the work surface. Form a square and put it over the cooked pie, filled with caramel. Bake for 20-25 minutes. Remove from the mold and allow to cool to room temperature, then cover and refrigerate for several hours. 6. Sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar before serving. Cut into 9 or 12 squares and serve.
