Oatmeal? Boring, but useful and simple. The secret of turning ordinary porridge into a delicious dish is simple: apple-honey topping. Cook the usual portion of cereal in milk or water. Lightly fry pieces of apple in a dry frying pan (preferably take the fruits of solid varieties) and pour into a plate. Then, dissolve a couple of spoons of honey in a frying pan, add a spoonful of butter, cinnamon and nutmeg to taste. Return the apple slices to the honey caramel and stew for a couple of minutes. Ready to toppin pour porridge.

Shakshuka is an Israeli dish, which is perfect for fans to "thoroughly refuel". The modified morning version of an omelette with spices is simple: In a greased skillet, throw a few spices to taste - zir, hot pepper, basil, thyme. Spice spices, add fresh tomatoes and simmer for 5 to 7 minutes. Salt, add a pinch of sugar, stir the sauce. Transfer the sauce into a baking tray, make a few grooves, beat the eggs in them, salt again and bake until ready. Sprinkle shakshuku greens and grated cheese.

Fish fritata is an easy but hearty breakfast. Fry a few spoons of canned tuna with a small amount of chopped red onion. Separate the squirrels from three chicken eggs, beat them with salt, add chopped young asparagus, tomatoes (or cherry), green onions. Fill the fish with a protein-vegetable mixture in a pan and bake for about a quarter of an hour. Before serving, decorate with greens, cheese and slices of sweet pepper.
