Ingredients. Chili, green onions, ginger and garlic must be divided into 2 equal parts. One part is finely-finely cut with a knife, the other while we set aside. From both limes we remove the zest. Lime juice is squeezed into a container, we also add finely chopped ingredients. There we add oil and soy sauce. We mix it well. In the blender bowl, load the second part of the ingredients from the first step - green onion, chilli pepper, ginger and garlic. Add a little (3 tablespoons) of soy sauce and lime zest. Using a blender, turn the whole thing into a homogeneous mass, then add the pork mince and mix it well. Do not forget to salt and pepper to taste. From the resulting stuffing we form meatballs. Fry meatballs in oil, about 5-6 minutes in total, not forgetting to turn over. Finished meatballs spread on a paper towel (so as to absorb the excess fat), then sprinkle with the sauce prepared by us (from the fourth step) and serve to the table with the same sauce. Meatballs need to be eaten hot, dipping them into a sauce. Bon Appetit! :)
